Each home we design is a prototype created specifically to the life, standards, wishes, and dreams of our clients. To address their particular needs, we provide them with a proposal that most often offers 3 distinct service packages and payment plans. To better understand how to serve them best we start with a feasibility study, our DESIGN GOAL REVIEW.

For each of our clients we try to find innovative approaches to unlock unconsidered possibilities. We aspire to offer options that exceed their expectation in the care and guidance we provide.

While each project presents new challenges and particular opportunities to explore, we generally start by building our proposals on this basic fee/service structure.

Questions & Answers

  • We will discuss with you which plan might be the best fit. We let you pick and choose form each to personalize your own best service package.

  • Only after we have completed a feasibility study, our Design Goal Review, will we provide you with your own personalized proposal. After you have made any changes we’ll sign a contract. We won’t ask for the first payment until we begin with the first phase.

  • You can stop the design process at any time or put a pause to it. However, all payments are nonrefundable.

  • To ensure our best attention for each project we try to reasonably space them. To secure a spot on our calendar, we might ask for a down payment after the contract is signed.

  • Each project is different. You might be considering any of the following items. We will discuss these with you.

    • Land

    • Construction

    • Financing Fees

    • Engineers

    • Consultants (Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, etc.)
