It’s time to kick the tires of these two modern homes while the framing and structural systems are still exposed.

We will start at the Cohen Davis Residence (1921 Mecklenburg Ave, Charlotte, NC, 28205) and then stop by the Nussbaum de La Rosa Home (3521 Conway Ave, Charlotte, NC, 28209).

Both the builders, Mike Masto and Ryan Dennison of Spoke & Hammer, and Toby Witte of Wittehaus are going to be present to answer questions and keep the rowdy crowd in line.
